Inspired Minds works with a third-party Print company, Printful, to provide products sold on the website. Please contact Inspired Minds first for any problems with a product or for a return request. You can contact us by emailing:

Returns can be made directly to Printful. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the third-party vendor’s part are covered at the third-party printer’s expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order a problem report will need to be submitted to the third-party vendor. Please provide a picture and explanation of the issue with the product you received. Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

The above address should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to our address will be returned to the sender, as we're not legally permitted to open correspondence other than returns.
